The plain-language rules for using RVPilot. Last updated July 10, 2026.
RVPilot builds itineraries from mapping data, public information, and editorial research. Roads close, campgrounds change their rules, and weather does what it wants — always confirm clearances, reservations, and conditions before you drive. You are responsible for operating your vehicle safely and legally.
We link you to campground reservation systems (Recreation.gov, campground operators, and others) but the reservation contract is between you and them. Their prices, availability, and cancellation policies control.
Passes are one-time purchases that unlock features for a fixed period; buying while a pass is active extends it. Payments are processed by Stripe. If something breaks and a pass didn't deliver, contact us and we'll make it right.
Photos and captions you submit as postcards must be yours to share. Approved postcards are displayed publicly with attribution as provided; ask and we'll take yours down.
Don't scrape the service, resell the data, probe the infrastructure, or submit content you don't have rights to. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
