How RVPilot handles your information. Last updated July 10, 2026.
Your trips are yours. Plans you build are stored on your own device unless you create an account, and we don't sell personal information to anyone.
Building an itinerary sends the places and dates you enter (never your identity) to the services that power the plan: Google Maps for routing, the National Weather Service for forecasts, and our AI provider for narrative suggestions. Booking links open the campground's own reservation site, which has its own privacy policy.
A trip becomes visible to others only when you create a share link. Share links are unlisted and unguessable; delete the trip or ask us to remove the link and it's gone.
You can use the planner without an account, clear locally stored trips from your browser at any time, and request deletion of any account data by contacting us.
